Neat Cleaning (“we”, “us”) provides commercial and office cleaning across Brisbane and North Brisbane. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we look after it.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote or contact us, we collect the details you give us. This usually includes your name, phone number, email address, business name, the address or suburb of the site, and details about the cleaning you need.
We collect this when you:
- fill in a form on our website
- fill in a form on one of our Facebook or Instagram ads
- call, email or message us
How we use it
We use your information to:
- reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- arrange and deliver our cleaning services
- send invoices and manage your account
- contact you about our services (you can ask us to stop at any time)
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising tools
Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (the Meta Pixel). These help us understand how people use our site and measure and improve our ads. They may collect information such as pages visited, the device and browser you use, and how you reached our site.

If you fill in a form on a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta collects that information and passes it to us. Meta’s own privacy policy also applies to that information.
